Gambling is blowing into the windy city of Chicago as Bally’s has begun construction of their new $1.74 billion Bally’s Chicago casino. The casino will take the place of the old TribunePublishing Center putting the new casino in a very central location of the city. The state of Illinois and its neighboring states have had legal gambling for awhile but the new casino should help reach a bigger market.
