Arkansas Committee approves rules to allow mobile sports betting.

The Joint Budget Committee has approved the final rules from the Arkansas Racing Commission that will allow for mobile sports betting. Legalization comes in time for college basketball’s March Madness Tournament.
The new rules will allow three casinos in the state to offer mobile sports wagering. Arkansas has a history for sports betting, since their start in 2019 a total of $104 million has been wagered all of that has been placed on the casino property.
