As Ohio gets closer to online sports betting it has started allowing proposals from online sportsbooks. BetMGM and PointsBet were the first two to submit applications but it is expected that around 3,000 will apply. The race is on for online sportsbooks to send their proposals as Ohio pushes for online betting to launch on January 1, 2023.
