Sports betting in Louisiana continues to fall in May totaling $171.1 million, $40 million less than their high in February of $211 million. Louisiana sports betting has seen  gradually reduced returns and experts believe the decrease in betting is tied to raging inflation in the U.S., making it harder for bettors to justify betting.
