theScore takes early lead in Ontario sports betting market

According to Morgan Stanley, Score Media and Gaming has taken an early lead in Ontario’s freshly launched sports betting market. Morgan Stanley found theScore Bet app accounted for 50% of sports betting apps downloaded.
Penn National Gaming acquired Score Media and Gaming with a $2 billion dollar deal, that deal was announced following a 10-year partnership deal with the Toronto Blue Jays and Score Media and Gaming. Score Media and Gaming is a well-known brand in Canada due to its history as a T.V. channel, however the company has struggled to take of in the four U.S. states which its currently operating in.
